History
The Arianne Cyclop-II mission consisted of a team of two astronauts and three drilling and extraction robots. They remained on the lunar soil for five days performing strictly geological work. In addition to breaking the record of time spent on our satellite, they were victorious for the first and only time in the then “space race” for the exploitation and control of potential strategic minerals on the Moon.
During the 2030s, both private companies and states with sufficient space capacity (China, USA, Russia and the EU) considered it profitable to establish mining bases for the exploitation of certain high value metals, for use in the new generation of 9G communication terminals. With the latest technologies in georadar and mass spectrophotometry, enough deposits were known, especially on the hidden side of the moon, to consider the project profitable.
In the case of the ESA mission, the objective disclosed apparently was not speculative, as the official information spoke of carrying out habitability tests inside a magmatic fault protected from cosmic radiation. The reality was that the module did not land at the disclosed location, but precisely in the Aiken Basin and in the area of greatest likelihood of finding metal-rich deposits.
The spectacular success of the mission changed history. They confirmed the existence of a new element of the periodic table, Anamadium, and brought to earth a newcrystalline structure, twinned in lunar fossil ice, the Anamadium Dioxide. The properties of this new mineral are now well known. We could not dream of today’s communications without the valuable MetaWaves emitted by the precious lunar mineral. The partitioning of the Anamorphite hexahedron into three identical sub-polyhedrons, for the generation of SingleZero, DoubleZero and TripleZero communication spheres, continues to be the line of research most demanded by academics around the planet.
The scientific team led by Lithuanian astrophysicist Anastasya Madigova (CERN) and Cameroonian geologist Bianca Douala (ESA) was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics in 2045.
