History

An original umbrella inspired by the shape and use of the classic samurai katana. Launched by  designer Manolo Kenzo in June 2120, it immediately ranked at the top of the global estethoMetric ranking. It is the first ever curved umbrella, thanks to the carbon nanotube structure printed on its thin ribs and rays. Extremely lightweight, it allows the handle to be attached under the grip and used simultaneously as a support while the user is protected from the rain. The special curvature of its ribs gives the self-forming fabric a peculiar asymmetrical shape like the petals of a lotus flower, in accordance with the Zen concept it represents. An infinite number of ropes or ribbons can be attached to its cover to wear it on the back, even when unfolded in that position. Available in various carcass and fabric finishes. Consult catalogue.
