Double Fuselage Airliner

History
25 years later, the TwinTrans concept has been well received by both the public and the carriers. Its exceptional capacity (currently 1,226 seats in 3 classes) made it the king of long-distance travel from the outset. Its double fuselage and triple deck offer the lowest and highest prices on the market. The 2 lower decks for tourist class, the 2 middle and upper floors for the market’s largest (and most profitable) Emperor class. The space in its central wing, with unparalleled panoramic views, are for the Max class. This new concept, with only 64 divan seats and 35 cabins with double beds, gives the TwinTrans the best space for relaxation and leisure for a transcontinental flight of more than 6 hours.
The excessively low prices in its economy class, which were denounced by its competitors at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, were justified by the company’s accounts because of the high prices in the other 2 classes, particularly in its central wing.
The President of Airbus Aerospace, Thelma Ziegler, declared during the maiden flight: “You can fly in many ways, but only the private cabins in the central wing of our A920 will allow you this new concept of intimacy with your partner at an altitude of more than 15,000 meters“.
