History

The Space Container Program allows for a quick survival setup on the lunar surface. Its 4 off-road wheels also allow it to function as a means of transportation for short technical location adjustments.

 

The KOVER version, with its two telescopic inner rings, forms the communication corridors of thepneumatic architecture using photovoltaic fabric, transported inside in a typical mission from Earth.

 

The STU robot containers are fitted with state-of-the-art batteries to power their driving wheels, providing them a positioning range of about 10 hours. The oxygen tanks can allow up to four technicians breathing during the same amount of time. This is a key factor when building a lunar port as it avoids the technical staff taking unnecessary risks until the modules are connected to the inflatable tents made of photovoltaic fabric.

 

The extendable segments are equipped with light sources, industrial holographic control screens and magnetic flooring for footwear statutory in low gravity. Side windows help reduce the claustrophobic effect during extended stays.
