This TripleZero level facility is owned by the United Nations and is intended for the mental treatment of humanoid surgeons who show psychic alterations during the performance of their work. The images and data of this facility have been provided by the public relations service of Galatea Dynamics, the CapitalScience consortium responsible for its operation. This consortium, formed by the multinationals GenHomia, Deutsch Genomics and GenoTech, is responsible for the cultivation, manufacture and assembly of this type of units, considered the most sophisticated and expensive entities in cybernetics today.

 

The available documentation of the secretly located Humanoid Psychiatry Institute is known from the minutes of the World Synthetic Intelligence Committee. Despite the limited nature of this information, most of which is not accessible without a recognized academic position, the scientific community is aware that an average of about 60 humanoid surgeons per year are treated at this facility.
