History

The consortium of German companies Deutsch Genomics, specialized in genoRobotics since the 50s of the last century, was the first to achieve an electromechanical device capable of feeding artificial biological tissues. It took more than 20 years, in an unprecedented scientific race promoted by the United Nations among all the companies in the sector. The objective was the creation of a humanoid with mobility and robotic skills governed by a humanoid biological brain, developed from cloning and genetically modifying a human one.

The well-known German company did not achieve the complete humanoid, but it was the only one capable of developing a complete digestive system to nourish such a brain with artificial blood and electrically feed the new polymeric muscles developed in the late 2060’s. Such a system required a specific biological food, to produce the required energy and blood, and to excrete biodegradable feces like any mammal.

The result of this development already belongs to the history of cybernetics. The United Nations created the Galatea Dynamics corporation, reserving for itself 25% of the capital. The other three shares went to GenHomia (Switzerland) for the polymeric endoskeleton, GenoTech (China) for the anamorphite-grown protoneuronal brain, and Deutsch Genomics (Germany) for the digestive system. The first humanoid unit MARTH (Mechanical Articulated Robot with Transbiological Heart-Brain) debuted during the Somalia epidemic in 2073. Mass production of MARTH units for the Universal Regeneration Plan began in 2075. The new “humanoid surgeons” would be in charge of the sophisticated intervention involved in regenerating an old person into a young version.

Three quarters of the Cilium Towers complex has since been dedicated to the production of the sophisticated humanoid digestive system. Product is supplied and shipped from AeroBus stations on its rooftops, with modern AeroKranes adapted for this type of station. The central tower is dedicated to administration and R&D. The fractal concept of its architecture, conceived by the famous Otto Wenders, makes it possible to implement towers connected by laboratories, if demand should require it in the future.

The entire complex, located on the outskirts of Hannover, has been assigned to the TripleZero security level, with metaWave antennae connected to GlassCity.
